Hi, I'm Ridwan. People call me Mas Ridwan.
I've worked in hospitality and healthcare for over 12 years, and currently work at an internal medicine office in California, United States. I've also completed Healthcare Administration studies in America.
Over the past few years, I've often opened Medical Virtual Assistant positions. Remote work opportunities with dollar salaries keep growing, but I rarely find Indonesians who are truly ready to enter the American healthcare industry. Yet I really want to see more Indonesians succeed in this field.
From that experience, I decided to open an online class.
This class is designed to help Indonesian friends learn American healthcare work standards, understand clinic workflows, and acquire skills sought by companies in the United States.
Opening remote work opportunities with dollar income for more Indonesians.

Schedule & Pricing
MVA Training — Bootcamp (8 weeks)
Classes open every first weekend and third weekend of each month.
General Class: Every Saturday, 8:00 PM WIB
Private Class: Flexible schedule with fast-track learning option
Duration per session: 2 hours (90 minutes material + 30 minutes Q&A)
8-Week Bootcamp Program
Schedule adjusts based on participant and Mas Ridwan's availability.
For English classes, schedule adjusts based on number of participants.
Indonesia — Rp 2,000,000 for group class
Rp 4,000,000 for private sessions (more flexible hours).
United States — $175 for group class
$400 for private sessions (more flexible hours).
